Experience Required: 5 to 10 years, preferably in the Plumbing or Building Materials Industry like paints, building adhesives etc
Required Qualification: MBA from reputed college

Job Description:
Responsible for market penetration and revenue enhancement and would be focusing on sales of Pipes & Fittings and smart putty in Building Materials Industry through Channel Partners in the retail segments
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Ø Driving the sales and market share in the region and ensure the sales target are achievement by his sales team.
Ø Undertake yearly & monthly detailed sales forecasting, planning and execution
Ø Driving both B2C sales in the region to achieve sales, market penetration and channel expansion targets
Ø Help develop and drive sales strategy by providing market information, insights, ideas and drive strategic initiatives
Ø Lead, develop and train his sales team.
Ø Prepare budget & monitor expenditure and drive certain BTL marketing activities
Ø Generate insights around competitors’ activities and provide inputs to corporate team.
Ø Should conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure targets are achieved.
Ø Managing the sales team of the region.
Ø Ensure to support and handhold them for marketing activities and market penetration
