Job Description :
Scope: Development of New ALDS stations in Karnataka – Market Segmentation/Prospecting New Sites/Collection of Land Details and Documents/Monitoring and close follow up until Commissioning and Handover
ALDS Sites
Activities :
Authorizations, delegations and responsibilities given by the management from time to time for functioning on behalf of the company will have to be used considering the best interest of the company.
Field investigation by Identifying the relevant markets and segmentation of such markets.
Initiate Title verification, Land evaluation through Project Team and Public Notice post Legal Approval for new
sites.
Follow up on the Legal and Statutory documents to be collected for Legal Approval and NOC
Liaise with Legal department for submission and evaluation of documents
Follow up on approval process from the stage of Management approval to No Objection Certificate from authorities.
Follow up with Project Team on approvals related to PESO both Initial and Final approvals
Supporting Dealers on documentation process for NOC
Interact with all stakeholders to ensure smooth commissioning of projects
Responsible for MIS generated in all processes
Area of operation – Karnataka
Qualification / Experience Desired :
Graduate Degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of Network Development with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industry will be preferable.
Knowledge of Project Management including Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
