Role :
- The position will lead Sales & Business Developmental activity in the entire Region & will be responsible for all aspects of managing, analyze customer needs and evolve solutions, setup and execute a sales & business development activity plan, achieve agreed KPIs and sales and business development target, generate and release monthly MIS and rolling sales forecast to achieve the commercial objectives and maintain effective relationship with customers

- Lubricants, coolants, brake fluids & speciality chemicals
Desired Profile
- An MBA & Preferably an Engineer
With minimum 8 to 10 year’s + Experience
Preferred Industry:
- Lubricant – First Preference
- Automotive Spare Parts, Battery, Tyres or Paint Industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage defined Geographic Region as a Business Unit to maximize profits and grow sales both horizontally and vertically.
- Must be able to sell Automotive Lubricant products and programs.
Ensure implementation of regional sales and marketing process . - Develop and implement sales initiatives and marketing policy for the Region
- Manage a team of 15-20 People apart from the complete distribution channel
- Prepare and manage sales budget
- Provide strategies and contribute towards driving the promotional activities in my assigned Area.
- Identify market opportunities and conduct market research activities to enhance sales.
- Creating plan and schemes to enhance sales and develop the business.
Must manage & develop a network of Distributors and responsible for efficient execution of functional process. - Responsible for aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales, best practices, training, and support.
- Manage sales orders, train new and lateral entrants, and provide regular status to higher Management.
- Render technical support to the Channel Partners, customers, and distributors by conducting various Training programs in terms of effective Product usage, application and safety which will help in developing industry knowledge and to demonstrate the same.
Desirable – The Candidate should have
- Degree or Diploma in engineering or MBA with a Strive to excel in the lubricant industry.
- Minimum experience of 8-10 yrs., mostly in Lubricant, Automotive Spare Parts, Battery, Tyres or Paint Industry.
- Since company sales and payments are App driven the potential candidates should be proficient in digital technology.
- Prepare and manage sales budget
- Develop and implement sales initiatives/ Marketing policy for the zone.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Field experience, marketing experience. History of consistent above-average performance.
- Strong selling skills including a willingness to embrace ambitious growth expectations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and of SAP is a plus
