Role Objective
- To drive sales in specific segments of Large Fleets
Principal Accountabilities
- Developing, Planning and Pursuing new business opportunities with Top 100 Fleet Customers
- Nurture the relationship with these accounts and delver profitable growth to Organization
- Delivering on sales and profitability targets
- Define Sales approach towards large potential customers by creating custom solutions
- Develop an integrated process, system and structure across the functions for catering to Key Accounts
- Develop Strategy, Policies, Schemes for Large Key Accounts
- Nurture the relationship with large accounts and delver profitable growth to Organization
- Create Value delivery and Brick Walling to ensure maximum share of business from these accounts
- Develop and execute various programs at Key Accounts and partnering in their success
- Support regions in converting opportunities
Education
- MBA (Marketing). Mech. / Chemical Engineering background would be preferred.
Experience
- 5-8 Years preferably with OEMs / Tyres.
Knowledge and skill set
- Should have a detailed understanding of the Key Accounts business, Fleet Business & customer expectations in this segment
- Understanding of all aspects of Marketing
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- A team worker with good interpersonal skills
- Good Negotiation Skills
