Role Objective

  • To drive sales in specific segments of Large Fleets

Principal Accountabilities

  • Developing, Planning and Pursuing new business opportunities with Top 100 Fleet Customers
  • Nurture the relationship with these accounts and delver profitable growth to Organization
  • Delivering on sales and profitability targets
  • Define Sales approach towards large potential customers by creating custom solutions
  • Develop an integrated process, system and structure across the functions for catering to Key Accounts
  • Develop Strategy, Policies, Schemes for Large Key Accounts
  • Nurture the relationship with large accounts and delver profitable growth to Organization
  • Create Value delivery and Brick Walling to ensure maximum share of business from these accounts
  • Develop and execute various programs at Key Accounts and partnering in their success
  • Support regions in converting opportunities

Education

  • MBA (Marketing). Mech. / Chemical Engineering background would be preferred.

 

Experience

  • 5-8 Years preferably with OEMs / Tyres.

Knowledge and skill set

  • Should have a detailed understanding of the Key Accounts business, Fleet Business & customer expectations in this segment
  • Understanding of all aspects of Marketing
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • A team worker with good interpersonal skills
  • Good Negotiation Skills
