Job Description:

Responsible for market penetration and revenue enhancement and would be focusing on sales of Pipes & Fittings and smart putty in Building Materials Industry through Channel Partners in the retail segments.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
 Driving the sales and market share in the region and ensure the sales target are achievement by his sales team.
 Undertake yearly & monthly detailed sales forecasting, planning and execution
 Driving both B2C sales in the region to achieve sales, market penetration and channel expansion targets
 Help develop and drive sales strategy by providing market information, insights, ideas and drive strategic initiatives
 Lead, develop and train his sales team.
 Prepare budget & monitor expenditure and drive certain BTL marketing activities
 Generate insights around competitors’ activities and provide inputs to corporate team.
 Should conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure targets are achieved.
 Managing the sales team of the region.
 Ensure to support and handhold them for marketing activities and market penetration
